Hi everyone..
Firstly i would like to apologise for not updating this.. for what may seem forever (it does to me).. i have much to write about.. but i guess i wasn't sure.. as to what the contents should be. Should i just talk about fitness and nutrition only.. or also discuss my emotional state.. what i mean to say is - make it more personal. Although at first i felt it would be quite invasive but i guess this blog is as much as for me as it is for you. I have always felt that I'm an emotional eater (not attempting to justify my size) and I suppose i couldn't leave this aspect of my life out because hopefully when i read this again it will remind me of various scenarios i may find myself under where i end up resorting to food to provide that quick fix.. but this journey is as much about making the right choices not only when I'm happy but also in any other given situation.. as life can't be just one happy tale.
On a lighter note.. I will be posting pictures of my one pac so that people may observe the transition. I will also be writing about my 1st, July 4th Independence day experience and how it started of really well and ended up finishing with a firetruck, 2 ambulances and 5 police cars parked outside my apartment. (if that isn't a teaser to come back to read on.. i don't know what is)
