I guess my American followers won't get
this (a cereal called Rice Krispies by Kellogg's in UK).. but boy are my
joints snap..cracking n poppin.. not literally!!!!
I'm not sure what its called... (according to wikipedia its called cracking joints) but all i know is my wrists (no i haven't !!! whoever is thinking that), fingers, shoulders.. basically everywhere i keep hearing cracking.. not sure if that's a bad thing..
I had a great workout today.. used a machine called an arc trainer.. this machine is like a funky elliptical the only difference being its TOUGHER and makes ME SWEAT!!! feels like I'm gonna drown in it. I'll tell you one thing.. makes you feel awesome when you look like you've just come outta a wet t-shirt competition. I also started my strength training programme that went really well (i no longer zap out of energy..YAY!!). The only niggle i have is my right ankle is hurting.. but its no biggy.. o and guess what... drum roll please.. tomorrow is the big weigh in!!!! (please scales be kindd)
I managed to have 4 meals today.. i tell you it feels like a chore.. but i have not craved food all day.. i think that's the key.. don't just have one big meal.. that makes you snack on crap.. have 5/6 healthy NUTRITIONAL meals.. looking back at today i think i over indulged slightly.. so what did i eat today
For Breakfast:
Salmon, with sweetcorn and couscous with a bottle of vitamin water
130+100+140+125 = 495 calories for brekkie
3 hours later.. after having walked to the gym and completed my weights:
Protein shake with half a banana and a teeny weeny bit of peanut butter
350 calories
2.5 hours later:
Sushi made by the in house sushi dude.. it didn't mention calorie count but Ill be extreme

1 chicken breast grilled with courgette grilled and a Persian cucumber and some sweetcorn.
250+ (200 for the veg )
450
So total calorie intake was : 1795 (its a bit high.. Ill work on reducing it slightly but still good.. I'm aiming for 1500 a day)
